HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The inventory is beginning to shrink.  In fact, it is at the lowest level for any December since 2005.  This is a good sign of some improvement in the market.  If we really are starting to see a recovery, we may see it in fits and jerks.  As word gets out that we are starting to see an improvement, we may see those who were unable to sell in the past and had given up, try it again.  So long as we don’t get too many of those people back into the Spring market, we may see some improvement.  If we do get a flood of inventory, the recovery will be delayed.  Much remains to be seen.
