Shelley was honored to be recognized in late September at the A Little Help end of summer picnic, held at the Washington Park Boat House. The local non profit organization connects neighbors across ages to enhance lives and strengthen our communities. ALH fosters community to help older adults thrive in their homes by connecting folks with services and resources as they navigate the unknowns of aging and build meaningful connections with neighbors of all ages. The organization wanted to thank Shelley for her time as a board member. After serving for 3 years on the board of directors, Shelley is looking forward to having more time to volunteer directly with service recipients. A Little Help is a wonderful community based organization, please click HERE to learn more about them.
