Another Awesome Month!

The remarkable turn around in the real estate market continues! Inventory is up by 5 from last month and it is less than 50% of what it was a year ago. We are still seeing plenty of demand with multiple offers on most things priced under a million and even on some that are priced over that amount. It truly is amazing!

Even the market over a million has picked up in Wash Park. The market absorbed 5 in that range last month, there are 9 under contract and there are only 10 available. That is only a 2 month supply making even the high end a seller’s market.

According to the press, Denver is the number one city in the country for inward migration of 25-40 year olds. Isn’t that cool? Do you think it is our hot job market or our new marijuana laws? Who knows and we will enjoy it while we can.
