HO HO HO…

It looks like Santa will be bringing more new homes to Washington Park buyers this year than last. Sales are up over this month last year and inventory is down. This is resulting in happy sellers as prices continue to rise. I notice that there was a sale in West Wash Park this month at $561/sf and another home in East Wash Park with a $613/sf asking price is under contract. Those numbers are truly amazing to those of us who have lived in Wash Park for many years.

Most of us would not want to live anywhere else, no matter what the price we could get for our homes. However, if circumstances have changed and you are ready to make a move, please don’t hesitate to call. You might be surprised how much your house is now worth.
