My husband and I have used Shelley Bridge twice to purchase a home in the Denver-Metro area. The first time was in 1998. We were a young couple, inexperienced and needed a trust-worthy, knowledgeable agent to guide us through our first home purchase. We found Shelley to be caring and easy-going. Being first-time home buyers, she showed us a variety of homes from the start, but quickly narrowed in on what we preferred. She read our needs immediately. Our first offer, which happened to be the home we purchased, was a fast-moving deal. We saw the house in an afternoon and made an offer that night. It was a fixer-upper, but she advised us that it had “good bones” so we trusted her judgment. Our offer was accepted and we were thrilled. We were happy to celebrate with Shelley! After we closed we thought the relationship would sit idle until we wanted to sell and buy again, however, Shelley kept in touch. As a matter of fact, her lasting connections with all her buyers is tremendous. From yearly gifts of holiday music CDs to retail coupons boasting some of her clients businesses we were impressed with the way she stayed connected with her customers. Again, Shelley is a caring and responsible agent.
This connection kept us loyal so in 2011 when we were ready to sell our beautiful home we had fully-restored and raised our two young daughters, we didn’t hesitate to call Shelley to list it for us. This time, we were on to a new challenge and decided to build a semi-custom home. Once again, Shelley’s experience and keen eye for detail allowed us to traverse the building process with well-informed ideas and questions. Our second home purchase was even more fulfilling. On the selling side, we couldn’t have been happier! We were pleased with Shelley’s suggestion of an aggressive asking price. She placed our house on the market the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and after pushing 16 showings through in those first days, we were entertaining three offers by the end of that weekend. It was incredible… we sold in just four days! Shelley also had the assistance of the very detailed and organized Katy Ayers. Katy never missed a beat keeping up on all the paper work, approvals and deadlines of the closing. It was a whirlwind for us, but Katy was calm and friendly throughout the entire process!
