Washington Park Monthly Stats – May 2021

We Are Breaking Records…

As you can see on the Active vs. Sold chart, there are not many months when we have closed more than 50 sales in Washington Park and May of 2021 was one of them. Even more impressive is that 87% of those sales were at or above asking for an average of 104.9% of the asking price. This seems to be happening in all price ranges as only two of the sales over $1 million did not sell at or above asking. For someone like me, who has been selling homes in this market for 40 years, this truly is amazing and unprecedented in my real estate career.
