Did you ever think you would live in a million dollar house? Me either. Now of the 9 homes available in Washington Park on Dec. 1st of this year, only two were priced under $1 million. In a neighborhood that consistently sells 25 to 50 houses a month we now count the supply of homes for sale in days rather than months. The end result, we all live in a million dollar neighborhood.

As I have said before, it is all about the supply and 9 homes for sale is the lowest number I have seen in my 30+ years of tracking the neighborhood. Yet another record.

Needless to say, it is a great time to sell a house in Washington Park.
